At House of Hope Memory Care, we provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment tailored for those in the early to middle stages of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. Our amenities are designed to support dignity, independence, connection, and well-being.
Neighborhood Style Living
- House of Hope is designed as small neighborhoods, each with no more than 10–11 private apartments, creating a calmer, soothing environment
- Each neighborhood features all the comforts of home with a spacious dining room, quaint living rooms, a full kitchen, and a shaded porch for outdoor relaxation.
- Garden space and outdoor walking paths in a secure environment
Safety, Monitoring & Expertise
- 24/7 caregivers led by licensed nurses specializing in Alzheimer's care and memory support.
- Assistance with all activities of daily living, social services support, life-enriching activities, and transportation for physician visits.
- Medical Director specializing in Alzheimer’s, who provides onsite physician visits
- Pharmacy services provided by pharmacists with advanced practice qualifications in geriatrics
- At House of Hope, we provide the Vigil Dementia Monitoring System, a sensor-based monitoring system (no wearables required), that detects when residents need assistance, helping our staff to respond promptly while maintaining residents’ comfort and freedom

- A spacious community room for large group gatherings, worship, quiet reflection, or family visits
- A nostalgic 50’s diner provides a cheerful setting and promotes social interaction.
- A beauty/barber shop so that when outings become too challenging, this service comes to them
- Private dining area that opens onto a deck overlooking the largest of three beautifully landscaped gardens
Therapeutic Gardens
- Three gardens are designed by an expert horticulturist who specializes in landscape for senior environments. These tranquil outdoor spaces are perfect for taking a walk, reading a good book, enjoying the fresh air, or simply sitting and reflecting.
Transition Adult Day Services
- Our Transitions Adult Day services offer individuals with memory loss a supportive environment focused on meaningful engagement and connection. Through tailored activities and thoughtful care, these programs aim to maintain cognitive function and enhance quality of life, while offering a sense of community for both participants and their caregivers.
