Midwest Geriatrics, or MGI, is an Omaha-based, nonprofit organization. Housed in Florence Home Healthcare Center, we are the proud management team for Florence Home Healthcare Center, Royale Oaks Assisted Living, House of Hope Assisted Living and Memory Care, and Gerimed Pharmacy.
