At our skilled nursing community in Omaha, residents receive expert clinical care tailored to their unique needs. Our team of Registered Nurses provides 24-hour care, and an on-site Nurse Practitioner visits once or twice per week for ongoing health assessments. Oversight by a Medical Director specializing in geriatric medicine ensures residents receive the highest standard of care.

We are proud to be contracted by the Department of Veterans Affairs to serve military veterans, providing specialized care and support that honors their service. Our community helps veterans access the benefits and resources they have earned, including assistance with VA healthcare programs, coverage options, and other veteran-specific services. Residents who are veterans receive personalized care that respects their unique needs and experiences, from tailored rehabilitation and skilled nursing to social and recreational activities that foster camaraderie and connection with fellow veterans. By combining clinical excellence with a deep understanding of military service, we strive to create a supportive, dignified, and welcoming environment where veterans feel valued and cared for every day.

Our on-site pharmacy, staffed by three Doctors of Pharmacy, ensures safe and efficient medication management for all residents. Included are monthly medication reviews, which provide an added layer of safety and peace of mind.

For seniors recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery, our skilled nursing services provide the support and rehabilitation needed to regain strength and independence before returning home. We also offer long-term care for residents who need ongoing support with daily living activities, chronic conditions, or memory care needs. Comprehensive on-site services—including dental, vision, psychiatry, and podiatry—eliminate the need for frequent off-site appointments, keeping care convenient and accessible.

Residents can choose from private or semi-private accommodations, each thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and a homelike atmosphere. Rooms can be personalized to reflect individual preferences, helping residents feel at ease. Open visiting hours encourage family involvement and meaningful connections.

Our community offers practical conveniences, including on-site banking for petty cash, personal mail delivery, computer access, and Wi-Fi throughout the building. Beautiful outdoor gardens

provide a serene space for relaxation, fresh air, and social interaction, supporting both mental and emotional well-being.

Personalized Care

We believe care should be as unique as each resident. Our personalized activity programs include music, movies, crafts, games, and social gatherings—designed to engage residents’ interests and foster connection.

Our skilled nursing team works closely with rehabilitation specialists to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy, restorative care, and targeted pain management. Transportation is available for medical appointments, making healthcare convenient and reliable.

Three nutritious meals are served daily in our restaurant-style dining rooms. Snacks are offered throughout the day to ensure residents remain nourished and comfortable.

Residents participate in resident council meetings, giving input on activities, dining, and community life. Care plans are developed in collaboration with each resident, their family, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure every need—clinical, personal, and social—is met.
