As a non-profit organization, House of Hope Alzheimer’s is committed to providing outstanding care to our residents, regardless of their financial situation. We gladly accept private funds, Long-Term Care Insurance and Medicaid Waiver as forms of payment.

Year after year, our monthly rates remain competitive with other memory care communities in the Omaha area. 2012 rents for our apartments are listed below:

• Studio Apartment: $4460 per month
• One Bedroom Apartment: $5015
• Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment: $5290

 House of Hope Alzheimer’s Care is proud to offer our 18 Months to Medicaid Program, which ensures residents who are able to pay privately for 18 months an apartment when their private funds run out. To learn more, please read about our 18 Months to Medicaid Program.
